All your balances in one table, plus a monthly payment grid

Two tables on one page. The top one holds each debt with its balance, rate and minimum payment so you can see the whole picture; the bottom one is a twelve-month grid to tick off each payment as it is made.

  • 8 debt rows: starting balance, rate, minimum payment, current balance
  • Separate 12-month payment check-off grid
  • Year field at the top
  • Notes lines at the bottom
  • Undated - works for any year

Instant PDF download, print-ready on US Letter paper. No account needed.

How to Use It

  1. List each debt with its starting balance, interest rate and minimum payment.
  2. Decide your order of attack - highest rate first saves the most interest.
  3. Tick the month column each time you make a payment, and update the current balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it calculate a payoff date or interest saved?

No - it is a paper tracker with no calculations built in. You write the balances in yourself; nothing is worked out for you.

Does it use the snowball or the avalanche method?

Neither is enforced. The table just holds the numbers, so you can order the rows however you like - smallest balance first, or highest rate first.
