These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zestyprintables.com (the "Site") and any printable digital templates purchased through it (the "Printables"). By using the Site or purchasing a Printable, you agree to these Terms.

No Account Required

ZestyPrintables does not require you to create an account to browse or purchase. Purchases are processed anonymously through our payment processor, Stripe, and delivered via a signed, time-limited download link. We do not maintain user profiles or purchase histories tied to your identity.

License to Use Printables

When you purchase a Printable, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print it for your own household or personal use. You may print additional copies for yourself. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others
• Repost the Printable (as a file or as images of it) on other websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing services
• Use the Printables for commercial resale or as part of a paid product or service
• Claim authorship of the design

Free Printables

Printables marked "Free" are provided under the same personal-use license above, at no cost and without requiring an email address or account.

Digital Delivery & Refunds

Printables are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If a download link fails or a file is corrupted, contact us and we will make it right.

Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies used for advertising.

Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Cloudflare (content delivery, security, and DNS) and Stripe (payment processing). Your interactions with these services are also governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
